-Citrus and Lemon: This is an online boutique that has awesome prices and beautiful clothes. They stock all the trendy pieces like midi dresses and boho tops, and they offer all new email subscribers 10% off a purchase. Most items are under $50, like this jewel-toned cardigan in a pretty teal. Their ample sale section always has some goodies to be found, especially lightweight sweaters and rompers, although their sale items are nonrefundable. Find them HERE!

-JCrew Factory: This is the hidden jewel of the online shopping world. There is a treasure trove of affordable and classic pieces for the girl who loves the elegant look of JCrew, but can’t afford those hefty price tags. This is where you’ll find pretty pencil skirts, preppy cardigans, and basics like tee shirts and sweaters (think Blaire Waldorf of Gossip Girl fame). It’s also a great spot for inexpensive jewelry that are more of statement pieces, and their clearance is often an extra percentage off.

-H&M: If your wardrobe is both classic and trendy, H&M is a great place to start. You will be able to find statement pieces that aren’t too expensive, especially if you only plan to wear them a few times. You can also easily find things like skinny jeans, ankle boots, and plain jewelry that will fill any gaps you may have in your wardrobe. Other things you may need include: bras, slips, and basic tees, and you’ll be able to snag these for under $10 online and in-store.

Shein: This Chinese-based website is for those who are willing to take a fashion risk, but it pays off in the end. It’s super affordable, with nearly all items under $25, and they have some surprisingly nice items. If you go ahead and place an order, remember to check the sizing charts thoroughly as their sizing is often way off. Also, try to steer clear of thin, polyester tops as they are particularly low-quality from this site. They have great sweaters, dresses, and regular tops, as long as you can wait for their somewhat lengthy shipping times.

We hope these great websites/stores will help you stretch your clothing budget, and prepare for your senior session with confidence…the only thing better than looking and feeling amazing is saving money while doing so!
